Cliff’s Workout
I will be trying a few new things working out this time around to help avoid injury. I will be introducing pyramid workouts and using a workout tool called Fat Gripz. These are supposed to reduce the strain of weights on my shoulders and elbows.
A summary of my workouts will be as follows:
- Day 1 Chest
- 3-4 exercises, with 5 sets each via pyramid workout.
- Exercises (vary per day)
- Dumbell Press (Flat, Incline)
- Bench Press (Flat, Incline)
- Dumbell Fly
- Machine Fly
- Pushups
- Day 2 Legs/Abs
- 3 Exercises, 3-4 sets on each
- Exercises
- Squat
- Lunge
- Dead Lift
- Day 3
- Tris/Shoulders
- Day 4
- Back/Bis
